I’m Dr Elizabeth Perera!
I studied infiltration in Icelandic ditched wetlands. My interest began as a student with the Juneau Icefield Research Program, after which I decided to focus on Arctic surface water resources. I want to discover how climate change will affect local environments and populations.
I enjoy playing cello and expanding my martial arts knowledge during my free time. These interests, along with hydrology, really give me the energy I need to work hard and come up with new questions and answers.
Some of my biggest supporters are my family, so I enjoy being home.
